Monkton Elm Garden Centre & Cothay Manor
Mr & Mrs Bellam owners of Monkton Elm Garden Centre and Nurseries first opened the gates to the public in 1982 as garden retailers. Since those early days the nursery has developed into one of the largest garden retail outlets in the South West, catering for the gardening public. Monkton Elm Garden Centre is there to help you with your garden, be it for the largest selection of garden plants and products around, free help and advice or simply inspiration.
The magic of Cothay Manor lies not only in its great age but also in the timeless atmosphere which surrounds it, for Cothay is seemingly beyond time. A15th century medieval manor, is open by appointment for group visits. One of Somerset’s finest historic houses, Cothay is surrounded by twelve acres of magically romantic gardens.
